FAQ
Do I need accounts or API keys? No. Just add company board tokens or career URLs and run — no login or API key.
How many jobs can I get per run?
It returns every open role each company currently lists. Add more companies to widen the run, and use maxConcurrency to control how many boards are fetched in parallel.
Can I filter by company or platform?
Yes. Provide company board tokens or career URLs in companies, and set platform to auto or pin it to a single platform.
What export formats are supported? JSON, CSV, Excel and XML, plus programmatic access through the Apify API.
How does billing work? You pay per item you get, so cost scales with the number of roles you actually collect. See the Pricing tab for current rates.
Can I connect this to other tools? The Company Careers Job Scraper can be connected with almost any cloud service or web app thanks to integrations on the Apify platform. It works with Make, Zapier, Slack, Airbyte, GitHub, Google Drive and many more, plus the Apify API, JavaScript/Python clients and MCP. Or use webhooks to trigger an action whenever a run finishes.
Is scraping company career pages legal? The scraper returns only public job data these career pages already publish. You are responsible for reviewing the relevant terms for your use case.
Notes
Original clean-room implementation. Returns only public job data companies publish on their career pages. Not affiliated with Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby. A company appears empty if it doesn't use one of these three systems or uses a different board token — check its careers URL for the right token.
