For a VOD, type is "vod" and downloadUrl is the direct video stream link (VODs can be hours long, so they are handed back as a stream rather than a single file).

Field	Description
`urls`	Kick clip and/or video (VOD) URLs. Clip and video links, and bare clip ids / video ids, all work. Plain strings or `{ "url": "..." }` objects.
`channels`	Optional. Channel names (e.g. `"xqc"`) to pull clips from.
`sort`	For channel clips: `view` (most viewed) or `date` (most recent).
`maxItemsPerChannel`	Max clips to pull from each channel.
`maxItems`	Overall cap across all URLs and channels (0 = no limit).
`proxyConfiguration`	Optional. Not needed for normal use — leave it off.

FAQ

Do clips download as a normal video file? Yes. Clips come back as a single playable MP4 in downloadUrl, and the stream link is always included too.

Can I download a whole channel's clips? Yes. Put the channel name in channels and choose most-viewed or most-recent with sort.

What about long VODs? Full videos can be hours long, so they are returned as a direct stream link (hlsUrl / downloadUrl) rather than a single downloaded file.

Can I download many items at once? Yes. Put as many URLs and channels as you like and you get one record per item.

Do I need a proxy? No. Proxy is optional and off by default.

How much does it cost? Pay-per-event: a tiny charge per run plus a small charge per item downloaded, with tier discounts as your volume grows. See the Pricing tab for current rates.
